When will the next box be available?
We email all existing customers when a new box is available. If you have not yet purchased, you can subscribe to the newsletter (where you will also get exclusive discounts) to find out.

Where is my box?
Your box gets hand packaged immediately after ordering and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
You can find our shipping timescales (shipping policy) at the bottom of any page or during checkout. If you haven't received your package within 5 working days after receiving a shipping notification (email/sms) please contact us.

How do I subscribe?
After our initial soft launch we decided to remove the subscription option. We now have a more straight forward option of just purchasing each box individually. This gives you more flexibility and doesn't tie you to a payment plan.

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?
Yes, we recognise how many orders each customer has made and reward loyalty with exclusive gifts. Subscribe to the newsletter to find out more.

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and have recently began shipping to the EU/EEA and are working on expanding into North America next. Please subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media to find out when new countries become available.

What is your refund policy?
You can find our refund policy at the bottom of any page or during checkout.

Do you offer replacements?
We'll always do our best to offer you a replacement for your damaged items or missing boxes. If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 15 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage.

Do you offer student discount?
Yes, just email us with a photo/scan of your student card and we will give you personal discount code with 10% off all purchases. 
*(only applicable on full price items and can't be used in conjunction with another code or sale item.)
